The Women’s Executive Leadership Program will take place from September 8th to 14th, 2024, at the Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences, Cairo – Egypt. This program is designed to enhance strategic leadership skills for women transitioning into prominent leadership roles.
About the Program:
The Women’s Executive Leadership Program is tailored for female leaders in government, executive positions, associations, agencies, parastatals, and groups of colleagues or teammates aiming to advance their skills together. The program will help participants develop greater influence and impact by uncovering their authentic, most effective leadership style.
Rationale:
Despite the increasing number of women in leadership roles, stereotypes and lack of support continue to impact their growth and influence. This program addresses these challenges, helping participants understand the positive impact of women’s leadership and management roles on their organizations’ impact, agility, and longevity.
