This Women Leadership Development Forum – London 2023 is the perfect educational and training program for strategic leadership, designed for women transitioning into the limelight and a different kind of leadership, such as female heads of governments, agencies, parastatals, political leaders, first ladies of states and nations etc. The program will help the participants to develop greater influence and impact by revealing their authentic, most effective leadership style.

RATIONALE:

Women have excelled in various sectors of society and have grown to become effective leaders from the background of things, and women have achieved several unique accomplishments for major organisations; in fact, a 2019 publication by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) states that Women in leadership bring better business performance. However, despite these laudable achievements, women are most affected by feelings of unfounded self-doubt, incompetence, and being underqualified when they are suddenly thrust into the limelight of leadership. A KPMG 2022 study finds that 75% of female executives across industries have experienced imposter syndrome in their careers. Indeed, about 53% of women worldwide have experienced it. Women are competent, reliable, efficient, and effective in all fields. Therefore, one may wonder why they are most affected by this syndrome.

This Women Leadership Development Forum will discuss Strategies for Leadership to help the participants Grow as Leaders in their various fields and positions and teach them to Inspire as Women leaders, taking them on a highly experiential and immersive leadership journey of countering leadership challenges with learning.

MODE OF DELIVERY

This forum will be delivered as a mix of lectures, interactive roundtable sessions, and hands-on training. Expert trainers and facilitators will lead the course with a wealth of extensive professional experience and will bring fresh perspectives to the subject matter, which will be delivered dynamically and innovatively using presentation materials, exercises, and references to example documentation and official guidance.

Group discussions will take place during the day to enable participants to exchange knowledge, experience, and ideas.

The workshop will run from 10:00 until 15:00 daily with suitable breaks, including lunch.

FEES

Course Fee: £2,750 (Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds) per person.
